This is not a generic casino review — this is a practical operator manual for Space XY casino players.

• Have a valid email address and a phone number for verification.
• Prepare a government-issued ID (passport, driver’s license) for KYC checks.

4. Agree to the terms and conditions (read them carefully, especially bonus terms).
5. Verify your email address by clicking the link sent to your inbox.
6. Complete the KYC process by uploading the required documents (ID, proof of address).
7. Make your first deposit and claim the welcome bonus if desired.

Wagering Calculation

Understanding wagering requirements is essential for any bonus. Let’s break down a typical example at Space XY casino. Suppose you receive a 100% bonus up to €200 with a 35x wagering requirement on the bonus amount. You deposit €100 and get €100 bonus.

Formula: Wagering requirement = Bonus amount × Wagering multiplier

Calculation: €100 × 35 = €3,500. You must wager €3,500 before you can withdraw any winnings from the bonus. But note: some terms also require wagering on the deposit amount. For example, if the requirement is 35x (bonus + deposit): €200 × 35 = €7,000.

Always check the terms: “35x bonus” vs “35x (deposit + bonus)”. At Space XY, the standard is usually 35x bonus only, but verify in the bonus policy.

Now, what about game contributions? Slots typically contribute 100%, table games may contribute 10% or less. So if you play blackjack, you need to wager ten times more to meet the requirement. Example: €3,500 needed, but blackjack contributes 10%. Effective wagering needed = €3,500 / 0.10 = €35,000. That’s a huge difference.

Pro tip: Always play slots with 100% contribution to clear wagering faster.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Note: Withdrawal limits and fees may apply. Always check the cashier before requesting a payout.

Safety & Licensing

Space XY operates under a Curacao eGaming license (sub-license). While this license provides a basic level of regulation, it is not as strict as MGA or UKGC. The casino uses SSL encryption (256-bit) to protect your data. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available for your account — enable it for extra security.

Important: Since Space XY is licensed in Curacao, winnings may be subject to local income tax in your home country. Consult a tax advisor if you are unsure.

Troubleshooting

• Login issues: Clear your browser cache and cookies, or try a different browser. If still stuck, use the “Forgot Password” link.
• Deposit not credited: First, check your bank statement. If the amount is debited but not showing in the casino, contact support with the transaction ID. Usually resolves within 24 hours.
• Withdrawal pending too long: Verify your documents are approved. If not, submit them. Also check if you have any pending bonus wagering. If everything is fine, contact live chat.
• Game not loading: Update your browser, enable JavaScript, or try a different network. Disable VPN or ad blockers temporarily.
• Bonus not triggering: Ensure you entered the bonus code during deposit (if required). Check the bonus terms for minimum deposit amount.
• Account locked: This could be due to multiple login attempts or security flag. Contact support via email to verify your identity.
